Picture of Dr Robert Delgado

People can continue performing long after their capacity to recover, focus and adapt has begun to decline.

For more than 20 years, Dr Robert Delgado has worked at the intersection of health, human performance and workplace wellbeing. As a chiropractor and corporate wellness speaker, Robert has observed a pattern increasingly relevant to modern organizations.

His work helps employees and leaders understand how sustained stress, physical tension, poor recovery, posture and the demands of modern work can influence energy, resilience and concentration.

Robert has practiced in South Africa and the UK and spent five years operating onsite chiropractic clinics within Vodacom's corporate environment — first-hand insight into the relationship between people's health, their working environment and their ability to perform sustainably under pressure.

Today, he translates those insights into practical, engaging workplace presentations that help people recognize overload earlier, recover more effectively and function better at work and at home.

Dr Robert Delgado's presentations help organisations understand what is happening beneath the surface

and give employees practical strategies to protect their health, recovery and capacity to perform. No hype. No generic wellness advice. Practical ideas people can actually use.
